Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states plus the District of Columbia. Standard shipping covers the 48 contiguous states; Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional surcharges shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (subtotal, before tax).
- Standard shipping on orders under $50: a flat rate displayed at checkout.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: surcharge based on package weight and dimensions, shown at checkout.
Processing and transit time
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
- Most orders arrive within 1-4 business days from a partner distribution center.
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Refrigerated and cold-chain items
We do not ship refrigerated or cold-chain items to residential addresses. These products are only available for shipment to verified commercial addresses associated with a licensed medical practice. If you order a refrigerated item to a residential address, we will contact you and offer a substitute or a full refund before shipping.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Reshipment due to an incorrect address provided by the customer is at the customer's expense. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping.
Delivery confirmation
Most shipments require no signature and the carrier may leave the package at your door. For high-value orders or refrigerated items shipped to commercial addresses, the carrier may require a signature or a person available to accept the package. We are not responsible for theft of packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally update tracking before final delivery). If the package still has not arrived, email info@medicalsuppliesforhome.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. For visible damage on arrival, photograph the package and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery; we will replace or refund the affected items at no cost.
Multiple shipments
Some orders ship in multiple boxes from different distribution centers. If your order arrives partial, the remaining items are typically delivered within 1-2 additional business days. Each shipment generates its own tracking email.
