Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
We cover return shipping at no cost to you and issue a full refund. Email info@medicalsuppliesforhome.com or call 1-888-480-5441 with your order number.
Return window
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Once we approve the return, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us using the return label we provide. Items must be in their original sealed packaging.
Restocking fee
Discretionary returns (changed mind, wrong size ordered, no longer needed) are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Returns due to our error — damaged in transit, defective on arrival, wrong item shipped, or a product recall — incur no fee and we cover the return shipping.
Return shipping
- Discretionary returns: customer pays the return shipping cost.
- Damaged, defective, wrong item, or recalled: free. We email a prepaid return label.
Non-returnable items
For safety, regulatory, and supply-chain reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances except a verified manufacturer defect:
- Refrigerated or cold-chain products
- Items with opened sterile packaging
- Items below 90-day expiration dating at the time of return
- Hazmat-classified items
- Controlled pharmaceuticals or any product requiring a physician license
- Custom or special-order items
- Discontinued products
- Items with no manufacturer markings
How to start a return
- Sign in to your account and click "Request return" on the order, or email info@medicalsuppliesforhome.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We review your request and issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization) approval. You will get an email with the RMA number and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship within 7 days of RMA approval. Write the RMA number on the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Refund timing
We issue the refund only after we receive the returned product, inspect its condition, and confirm acceptance with our distribution partner. This process takes 3-5 business days from when we receive your package. Once processed, your bank typically posts the refund within 5-10 additional business days.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return the original item per the steps above and place a new order for the replacement.
Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by emailing info@medicalsuppliesforhome.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return process after the item arrives.
