Our commitment
Medical Supplies for Home is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Many of our customers are caregivers, seniors, and people managing chronic conditions; an accessible site is core to who we serve.
Standards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA published by the W3C. We use these guidelines as the technical baseline for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We test using a combination of automated tools and manual review.

Known limitations
We are continuously improving the site. Known areas where accessibility may be incomplete include:
- Some legacy product images may lack detailed alt text. We are backfilling these.
- The product image zoom interaction is in progress; until updated, the product page also shows a non-zoomed thumbnail.
- Third-party embedded content (payment provider widgets, chat agent) follows their own accessibility standards which we cannot fully control. Where we have a choice, we select vendors with strong accessibility commitments.
