Description
The Safe-T-centesis device can be used for both thoracentesis and paracentesis procedures using manual drainage, vacuum bottles or wall suction
The device is available in a wide variety of trays and kits for convenience and procedural flexibility
Remote stopcock - is designed to aid procedural convenience and safety by facilitating connection to drainage/extension sets while minimizing inadvertent device or catheter movement
A closed system to help minimize the risk of pneumothorax or leakage
Resealing membrane within the valve system to allow the safety introducer needle assembly to be reinserted (for procedures not requiring maintenance of a closed system)
Compatibility with 0.035 and 0.038 guide wires to clear occlusions (for procedures not requiring maintenance of a closed system)
